User Agreement for Car Rentals & Tour Services

By using our website and booking services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or customer support team.
  • A valid payment method must be provided at the time of booking.
  • Advance payments or deposits may be required depending on the service.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice but confirmed bookings remain valid.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booking date for a full refund.
  • Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information at the time of booking.
  • For car rentals, you must carry a valid driving license and ID proof.
  • Customers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles during usage, unless covered by insurance.

4. Company Rights

  • We reserve the right to refuse bookings in case of incomplete or fraudulent details.
  • We may modify routes, services, or prices in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or natural calamities.

5. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the booking made by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during tours or car rentals.
  • Customers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for additional protection.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur Rajasthan.
